Our group has existed for over 50 years, promoting the hobby of amateur radio. We have monthly meetings that include presentations about various aspects of the hobby. Our 146.880 MHz repeater is one of the best in Eastern Washington with coverage of Spokane County and surrounding areas.

The purpose of this net is to give the amateurs within the service area of the IEVHFRA's four repeaters, a chance to meet on the air as a group and to exchange information of common interest to all amateur radio. All are welcome to join.
Our club has an online/email messaging group at https://groups.io/g/vhfclub. To apply for membership in that group send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "VHF group subscribe" and text providing your full name and call sign (or that you don't have a call sign yet). Membership in the group is moderated and that information is needed to verify your interest in amateur radio and that you are not a spammer. The VHF group will not provide your name, call or email address to anyone outside of the group. All messages you post to the group are only visible to other group members.
